Our story

For founder Therese Lockemy, building Inner Path Digital meant listening to her own voice and choosing work that could make a meaningful difference across healthcare. After working within health systems, she wanted to bring that experience to more organizations and the people responsible for moving their work forward.

The company’s name connects that personal decision with the work we do together: helping organizations find a direction that fits their priorities, their people and the communities they serve.

As our team grows, that purpose remains practical. We want the people we work with to feel understood, supported and better equipped to accomplish what matters.
